Therapy is an exploration of self. It has the capacity to transform your experience of reality. Some people come into therapy with a particular focus, hoping to heal from specific histories or release current patterns. Others turn to therapy with a more general concern or curiosity. While the process of therapy is not always a linear one, with the right therapeutic match, it can be a deeply healing and meaningful one. I believe that finding a connection with a therapist forged through trust, consistency, and commitment provides the structure for affirmative change to occur. In my work, I strive to create warm, dynamic, and honest interactions with my clients to inspire this shift. It's my goal to promote a greater sense of autonomy, understanding, and connection in my client’s lives.
